- Physical Hospital Outpatient Clinic (OPD): Conducted at Horizon Hospital (Block D-II, Johar Town, Lahore, Pakistan) from Monday to Saturday between 04:00 PM and 06:00 PM. Consultation fee: Rs. 2,500, payable upon arrival at the hospital reception counter.
- Online Video Consultation (Telemedicine): Conducted daily from 09:00 AM to 11:00 PM via secure video channels (WhatsApp / Zoom). Standard fee is Rs. 1,500 (via verified portals Oladoc and Marham), with a special direct website booking fee of Rs. 1,350 (10% direct discount applied). Advance payment is required to confirm online video appointments.
3. Telemedicine Scope & Limitations
Patients engaging in Online Video Consultations acknowledge and agree that:
- Telehealth cannot fully substitute hands-on physical palpation, physical stress maneuver testing, or emergency surgical assessment.
- Clinical recommendations and e-prescriptions are based on information and medical scans accurately provided by the patient.
- Dr. Muhammad Awais Latif reserves the right to advise an in-person physical examination at Horizon Hospital whenever a clinical scenario requires direct physical scrutiny or invasive diagnostic procedures.
4. Appointment Booking & Advance Payment Terms
For Online Video Consultations, a time slot reservation is confirmed upon receipt of advance fee settlement:
- Payment Methods Accepted: Electronic payment via Safepay (Debit Cards, Credit Cards, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, PayPak), SBP Raast QR Code instant transfer, or direct bank transfer.
- Currency: All payments are denominated and charged in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- Pricing Transparency:
- In-Person OPD (Horizon Hospital): Rs. 2,500.
- Online Video Consultation Standard Fee: Rs. 1,500.
- Online Video Consultation Direct Website Booking Fee: Rs. 1,350 (10% discount).
5. Patient Responsibilities
Patients and guardians agree to:
- Provide genuine and accurate patient details (full name, accurate age, city, and active contact numbers).
- Upload legible, uncorrupted diagnostic scans (X-Rays, MRI, CT reports) prior to the scheduled consultation.
- Join the video consultation call on time. If technical difficulties arise, inform our helpline promptly.
- Maintain respectful and courteous conduct with healthcare professionals and clinic staff.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All educational articles, clinical guides, anatomical diagrams, recovery timeline illustrations, website design, and logos appearing on https://ortho-dr.com are the intellectual property of Dr. Muhammad Awais Latif. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
